I was seen by [name removed] who was polite and professional at all times. He explained clearly and acknowledged as a hcp I already had some knowledge. He personalised my treatment taking into account the pressure of my work life.

Very comprehensive treatment which has made a huge difference and aided my recovery. I cannot think of any way it could be improved.

The delay of two weeks before speaking to anyone is the biggest down side as the system is overwhelmed .The advice was valuable if a little late in arriving.
Thank you for your feedback and as a service we are working hard to improve our waiting times. The service provides highly skilled clinicians and as such we don't always need to refer on for further investigations to be completed, however if that is the case that can be arranged. We hope that you are progressing well with your rehabilitation.

Finally get to see a physio, a good one at that! It’s great to see some improvement and less pain from an incident that occurred December 2020.
My whole experience was very positive and I think I was looked after and respected on a personal level. My care and physio plan was easy to follow and I felt supported throughout. Overall my physio experience has been the most positive of all sorts of my treatment.
